At the LiveBeyond school, we believe every child deserves free quality education. Circumstances like finances, the family they come from, or their physical or intellectual abilities should never stand in the way. When we created the LiveBeyond school we had a vision of it being inclusive for everyone.
That is why our school is free for every student and all children in the Johnny’s Kids program receive an education through the LiveBeyond school.
The World Bank informs us that even with improvements in the Haitian education system, the main challenges that still exist are the burden tuition places on families and the low quality of education.
We want ensure that as many children as possible in Thomazeau receive a free quality education.
While this is a large endeavor to take on, we believe it is fully attainable. Our school is currently growing to allow more students to receive a free education. This 2020-2021 school year, we are looking forward to serving 150 students with 26 teachers and aides to provide quality education.
Since every child in Thomazeau can’t attend the LiveBeyond school, we also assist other children to receive a quality education. We do this by paying for their tuition to attend another quality school. We believe money should never be the reason a child is not able to learn and flourish.
You can help be a part of the change in every child receiving a free quality education.
Since our school is privately run and free for every student, we still have expenses that need to be covered. Those expenses range from teacher’s salaries to curriculum for the students and everything in between like WiFi, shipping school supplies, school uniforms, and teacher training. Your donations go directly to ensuring that every child receives a quality education. You can donate today by clicking here.
Together we will change the world one life at a time through quality education.
