LiveBeyond Israel & Haiti Operations Update

As we shared last month, LiveBeyond is expanding operations into Israel. Thank you to everyone who has shared support, prayers, and encouragement! Thank you for uplifting LiveBeyond by your excitement and interest in the new initiatives. We are so grateful for the outpouring of love.

Our work in Israel is driven by the purpose to provide needed resources to vulnerable populations. Also, we are implementing strategies to create effective humanitarian efforts that will help individuals live beyond poverty. We are so thrilled about this opportunity, and we are excited to continue sharing updates and progress with you. 

Here are a few updates on our work in Israel:

1. Since we shared the launch of our work in Israel, we have added an additional 10 individuals with disabilities and their families to the program. This totals to 70 families in the LiveBeyond Israel Johnny’s Kids program.  
2. In addition to nutritional support, LiveBeyond is providing supplies and equipment for those in great need.
3. Hopefully, David & Laurie will be in Israel for March and much of April.

In Haiti: 

1. The LiveBeyond maternal health curriculum, Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies, Healthy Communities, will be published in March. This will allow other organizations to use this curriculum in their maternal health programs.
2. The Ag program is almost doubling the size of the LiveBeyond garden. The garden provides food used for making meals for the students and employees. Increasing the size of the garden helps provide greater sustainability. 
3. The LiveBeyond Church continues to reach the community of Thomazeau, allowing the deacon program to thrive!
