Our goal at LiveBeyond is to care for mothers and children in desperate need in Haiti. One of the most influential ways we are able to put this goal into action is through the maternal health initiative. It is particularly important for these mothers and children to be cared for during this time when overall health is of great concern. In order to help more moms in need, we have set a goal to sponsor 100 mothers by Mother’s Day… and we need your partnership to reach this goal!
Help Us Sponsor 100 Mothers By Mother’s Day!
Sponsoring a mother enables LiveBeyond to enroll more women into the maternal health initiative. This provides healthcare, food, vitamins, and maternal health education from early pregnancy until one year after childbirth. A gift of only $40 per month enrolls one new mom into this program.
“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” – John Bunyan
The incredible thing about this sponsorship is that not just one, but two lives are drastically impacted. Not only are the mothers in the maternal health initiative well cared for, but their babies are too! From pregnancy until these infants are one year old, they receive weekly checkups along with their mothers.
Consider sponsoring a mother today. This will help us meet our goal of sponsoring 100 mothers by Mother’s Day! If you are interested in empowering women through the maternal health initiative, click here.
