Thankful for Haiti and Israel

Happy 4th of July!

Summer is in full swing, and LiveBeyond wants to send our LiveBeyond family in the U.S. a Happy 4th of July! We are beyond thankful for each and every one of you. Your support and encouragement make LiveBeyond possible. Thank you for being a part of making a positive impact in Haiti and Israel. LiveBeyond is grateful to love and serve the people of Haiti and Israel.

We have so much to be thankful for. What are some of the things you are grateful for? We invite you to stop and take a moment and really think about what you are thankful for. If you stopped for even just one minute, you probably had a list of things running through your mind. Maybe you thought of things like freedom, independence, family, friends, a job, a home, and many other things. These are all good things to be grateful for, indeed. This exercise reminds me of the first part of the verse James 1:17, which says:

“Every good gift and perfect gift is from above.”

We surely have so many things in this physical world to be thankful for. But there are also many things to be grateful for that are not necessarily visible — things like hope, love, joy, peace, and forgiveness. The extraordinary thing about these gifts is that God gives them freely and abundantly. We give thanks to God for his goodness. LiveBeyond is thankful for the people of Haiti and Israel.

– A LiveBeyond family that faithfully prays for Haiti and Israel to know the love and hope of Jesus

– The LiveBeyond base in Haiti, where mothers and children have access to healthcare, education, and nutrition

– Johnny’s Kids Israel facilities where children with disabilities receive medical care, education, and nutrition

LiveBeyond is blown away by what God is doing, and we are beyond grateful to have your support. We could not do the work we do without you. LiveBeyond is truly thankful for you. 

Prayerfulness

While we share all these amazing things we are grateful for, we must also ask you to continue praying for Haiti and Israel. The reality of our world is that there are people who are suffering and need help. As you may know, Haiti is experiencing challenging times right now. Many Haitians live in constant uncertainty. The lack of access to food, healthcare, and education is growing due to violence and lack of infrastructure.

Haiti Update

The Maternal Health Program continues to provide life-saving medical care to mothers and their babies. The LiveBeyond School and Johnny’s Kids are having class. The Nutrition Program provides mothers, children, staff, and their families with nutrition-packed meals. And the LiveBeyond base is hosting families who feel unsafe and need a place to stay. LiveBeyond is dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ and serving the Thomazeau community. Thank you for being a part of the LiveBeyond family and making the work we do possible.

Sharing Our Gifts

With your prayer and support, LiveBeyond will continue to share the love of Jesus Christ and serve those who need it most. We are not meant to keep the good gifts our Father gives to us to ourselves. We are meant to share our gifts with the world. LiveBeyond is working hard to do just that, and we thank you for giving your gifts to LiveBeyond.
